The blvd is located just East of I-65. Take I-65 North to the Zionsville exit, SR 334. Take SR 334 East to County Road 650 and go North (left). Go West (left) on Central Boulevard follow until you get to Gateway Drive and turn right. Our office is on the right, 6185 Gateway Drive.

Deposits, Fees, and Pet Policies

  • Security Deposit of $250.00 (refundable)
  • Lease Administration Fee of $125.00 per apartment.
  • Application fee of $50.00.
  • Very Pet-Friendly Community with a maximum of 2 pets. Cats must be neutered. Some restrictions may apply on certain breeds of dogs.
  • Pet registration fee is $250.00 per pet and is non-refundable.
  • Monthly pet fee is $20.00 per pet.
  • Bark Park located at west end of community and is equipped with "Doogy Doo Disposal Stations".

Lease Terms & Insurance

Our standard is a one-year lease. However, we can offer six-, or nine-month leases at an additional monthly premium.

All residents are required to have proof of renter's and general liability insurance prior to move-in with copy of policies due at lease signing.

Utilities

The blvd is a total electric community. Residents are responsible for electric, water/sewer, and trash removal. Each unit is equipped for Cable TV and Internet at residents' expense. These services are provided by Bright House Networks or Direct TV (cable only). All Amenity Areas have free WiFi.
